Questions and Answers

What will you say about the work you've done at the end of your career?

I hope I was never boring.

Where do you go for inspiration?

Inspiration tends to find me - and I find it hard to seek it out. That being said, the most common locations for inspiration to find me are in the forest, driving and (stereotypically) in the shower.

How do you build resilience into your work & company?

Flexibility == Resiliency.

What keeps you up at night?

Loud noises and bright lights.

What gets you up in the morning?

The alarm clock.

How is your work cross-cultural?

Life is cross-cultural and work is simply a component of life. Cultures are not equal to nationalities.

Bio:

I help start-ups become big and successful and help big successful companies become more like start-ups.
