What will you say about the work you've done at the end of your career?

I will say that I am proud of my accomplishments, that I made a difference, and that I had a positive influence on many other lives.

Where do you go for inspiration?

Sometimes I go online, sometimes I go for a drive. Sometimes, I find inspiration while walking the dog. And SOMETIMES, I find inspiration just talking to other people!

How do you build resilience into your work & company?

I try to leverage all the assets available to me to help give me perspective and foresight. Collaboration and modesty are key components to being open-minded and a good team-player.

What keeps you up at night?

Too much brain activity.

What gets you up in the morning?

Working with a fun team.

How is your work cross-cultural?

I have worked with many people in many different places. As a people-person, this necessitates cross-cultural consciousness.
