Just as our Career Design Service for individuals evolved out of executives’ requests for more products and services, our recruitment service clients have been asking us to work more closely with them to take what we know about career design, meaningful work and sustainable innovation in to company HR, Learning and Development, Collaboration and Innovation systems. We recently partnered with a consumer facing technology company to improve creativity and collaboration by breaking down silos between product and design teams and clarifying not only design but product values and brands. With another partner we designed a values-led system to drive company culture, operations, organization design, brand and mission.
